Project Overview
Ficus landscape group was proud t be selected for the landscaping works at Salt Brighton Townhouses, a modern residential development in the heart of Brighton. The project’s goal was to create a refined and sustainable green environment that would match the elegance and sophistication of the townhouse design, while enhancing the long-term liveability of the site for residents.
We focused on using plant varieties that complement the coastal conditions, alongside durable hardscape elements to ensure lasting quality and minimal maintenance.
Working Field
Our team delivered the complete landscape package, which included:
- Supply and install of garden beds and turf areas.
- Installation of a diverse range trees, shrubs, and grasses
- Metal edging and soil conditioning
- Careful selection and integration of plant species suited to the coastal microclimate
Irrigation System
A custom-built irrigation system was installed, including:
- Dripline and sprinkler coverage for all zones.
- Water-wise scheduling
- One year warranty on both materials and workmanship
Outcome and Impact
This project successfully delivered a lush, structured landscape that balances aesthetics with low maintenance functionally. The combination of Australian natives and hardy exotics ensures year-round visual appeal and plant health, while supporting biodiversity and water efficiency. The result is a cohesive outdoor space that elevates the property’s value and enhances the lifestyle of its residents.
